Injection Molding Notes:
This product comes in two sizes, 1” and 1.5”. The mold itself is composed of 3 plates and two inserts. The middle plate and inserts determine whether it is 1” or 1.5” product. Make sure you are using the correct middle and inserts for the product you need to make. Also make sure the middle and inserts that are not being used are protected with rags so they do not become damaged.
We have a pneumatic socket driver to remove the inserts once injected. This speeds up the process and does not wear you out as much. Use it.
WARNING: Remove the inserts before it cools too much. It gets harder to remove them as they cool.

- Check to make sure there is not excessive flashing. If there is let someone know. Something is wrong.
