This mold is fairly automatic and should eject easily. It might require a little help by pushing up on the front right cornet of the insert as it ejecting. This Mold has two inserts that get pushed up with the main body and have to be disassembled before being able to remove the part. The insert must be put back into the mold before the next shot.

Quality Checks

  1. Make sure the part is fully formed.
  2. Check that the part is flat and not warped.
  3. Remove any flashing or gate remains.

Machine Setup:

This data is correct as of 2026/08/18. The mold shot with just a little flash and ejected properly.
