Operation

This mold is manual and takes some effort to remove the part from the mold.  It is easier if the mold is kept hot with a hot plate.

Quality Checks

  1. Make sure the part is fully formed.
  2. Check that the part is flat and not warped.
  3. Remove any flashing or gate remains.
