Operation

This is a manual mold which requires you to remove the 6 parts after each injection and restart the cycle.  This part is fairly easy to remove.  Use a socket wrench to remove each plug. Once the parts are removed, place the manual mold back in the machine (back left) and hit the two green buttons to start the next part.

Quality Checks

1. Make sure the part is fully formed.
   
2. Remove any flashing or gate remains.

PRODUCTION RATE NOTES:

20260430 - 4 days of 2 people produced about 2400 plugs. 4*2*7=56 hours. Or 2400/56=42.8 parts per hour, ~7 cycles per hour or 514 seconds per cycle. It might have been 3 days.  If that was true then it would have been 57 parts per hour, ~10 cycles per hour or 360 seconds per cycle.
